			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There must be hundreds of weight loss plans and programs out there that promise weight loss for little or no effort. Some of them also promise that you not only spend less money, but even make money while losing weight.</p>
<p>Weight loss plans try to convince you that you too can lose weight fast, with little or no effort and without spending more than X dollars/pounds/Euros, either to access that program or to receive a “revolutionary” exercise or fat-busting devices, or products such as pills, patches, or creams.</p>
<p>Some of these <a href="http://www.xocoslim.com/"><strong>weight loss plans</strong></a> have become popular thanks to Hollywood celebrities, attractive people and talk show hosts (that might look slimmer over night or not).  Some of them are so curious that make you wonder if anyone can survive after following them. Maybe some of these weight loss plans really do work, but do they make you pay or do they make you “pay”?</p>
<p>First of all, if you’re expecting to lose weight while sitting on a couch and watching TV, or while eating nothing but a wonder product…guess what? It won’t happen!</p>
<p>Weight loss plans mean that you plan on getting a result, which means there must be an action or a chain of events that produce this result. This means you have to do something in order to achieve that goal. And it’s all about eating right.</p>
<p>Hollywood celebrities may have tons of cash to spend on weight loss plans, but most people don’t. Why spend a lot of money on wonder-products when nature has taken care of us, and of our weight, for a few hundred thousand years, since modern humans are around?</p>
<p>Just by avoiding bad chemicals like flavor and color enhancers, heavy metals often found in fish and algae living in polluted waters and steroids and hormones that make a chicken the grow the size of a pig and a cow look like a dinosaur, we can definitely live healthier.</p>
<p>And living healthy is what losing weight is all about. Why do people living closer to nature have almost no weight loss problems, live longer and have kids until they’re in their 60s? Because they don’t sit on a chair all day and eat like they’re about to go on a climbing expedition to Mount Everest.</p>
<p>Because their bodies don’t deposit the tons of sugar generously added to almost every food we eat, from bread to meat. And because they found that the best foods are out there for the picking, literally.</p>
<p>But all this take some effort. The effort of changing your habits, to give up fast-food and start eating organic vegetables, fruits and even meat; the effort of moving your body more than from the couch to the fridge and back, at least half an hour a day. <p>Scientific studies have reported that the fatty acids from MCTs in coconut oil are not easily converted into stored triglycerides, and that MCTs cannot be readily used by the body to make larger fat molecules. One animal feeding study evaluated body weight and fat storage for three different diets&#8211;low-fat diet, high-fat diet containing long-chain triglycerides (LCTs), and a high-fat diet containing MCTs.  All animals were fed the selected diets for a period of 44 days.  At the end of that time, the low-fat diet group had stored an average of 0.47 grams of fat per day; the LCT group stored 0.48 grams/day, while the MCT group deposited only 0.19 grams of fat per day, a 60% reduction in the amount of fat stored.  The authors conclude that &#8220;the change from a low-fat diet to a MCT-diet is attended by a decrease in the body weight gain.”</p>
<p>This study points out two important facts:  First, when MCTs are substituted for LCTs in the diet, the body is much less inclined to store fat.  Second, when we eat sensibly, a diet containing MCTs is more effective than a low-fat diet at decreasing stored fat.</p>
<p>Coconut oil is nature’s richest source of MCTs.  Not only do MCTs raise the body’s metabolism leading to weight loss, but they have special health-giving properties as well. The most predominant MCT in coconut oil, for example, is lauric acid. Lipid researcher Dr. Jon Kabara states “Never before in the history of man is it so important to emphasize the value of Lauric Oils. The medium-chain fats in coconut oil are similar to fats in mother’s milk and have similar nutriceutical effects. These health effects were recognized centuries ago in Ayurvedic medicine. Modern research has now found a common link between these two natural health products&#8212;-their fat or lipid content. The medium chain fatty acids and monoglycerides found primarily in coconut oil and mother’s milk have miraculous healing power.”12 Outside of a human mother’s breast milk, coconut oil is nature’s most abundant source of lauric acid and medium chain fatty acids.</p>
