Two years ago I weighed in at 230 pounds. Here's me in China in 2008.

For over a year and a half I struggled to get thin. Worked out 4-6 times a week, counted my calories and it sort of worked... I lost like 25 pounds. Here's a pic in Ibiza in the summer of 2009.

But then I made some accidental discoveries and something scary happened. I got down to 189 pounds fast.

I kept losing weight at a pace so fast that my friends got scared and thought something was wrong with me... Why would they think you're doing well when you're fat and you're sick when you're thin? Anyway, I was feeling the BEST EVER and here's a picture to prove it

I could finally see my abs and I was feeling great.
