These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Platinum Success (“Platinum Success”).

The Synergy Loss WebSite is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Synergy Loss WebSite constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
Platinum Success reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Synergy Loss WebSite is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Synergy Loss WebSite. All changes shall be effective and deemed accepted by all users upon posting of such changes on the Synergy Loss WebSite. That version will then apply to all use by you following the date of publication. Each access of information from Platinum Success will be a separate, discrete transaction based on the then prevailing terms. These Terms of Use and the license granted by it may not be assigned or sublet by you without Platinum Success advance written consent.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS - Ammended 11/16/2009
The Synergy Loss Service (Item: Synergy Loss) does not have any subscription fees or costs other than the upfront course purchase price.

Platinum Success may from time to time establish special promotional thirty day “trial offers”, in its discretion, on such terms and conditions as may be posted on the Synergy Loss WebSite. Platinum Success may provide access to or use of thirty day promotional or trial offers using promotion codes, coupons , credits or other mechanisms, in its sole discretion. Promotional or trial offers may be modified or terminated at any time, in Platinum Success discretion, and will in any case be limited to one offer per user. At the end of any thirty day promotional or trial offer, the user’s credit card or Pay Pal account will automatically be debited for each subsequent monthly subscription period, and such automatic debits shall continue unless the user terminates the subscription during the thirty day trial period, in accordance with the terms and conditions for termination on the Synergy Loss WebSite.
Promotional or trial subscriptions provide the user to access to limited portions of the Synergy Loss Website. The entire Synergy Loss Website will be made available only to users paying the complete monthly subscription fee for a given month.

From time to time, Platinum Success may provide its members with access to offers or promotions made available by or from third parties. If a Platinum Success member provides an e mail address or other information to such a third party, Platinum Success will not be responsible for the use of the information so provided.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
The Synergy Loss WebSite may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Platinum Success and Platinum Success is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Platinum Success is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Platinum Success is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Platinum Success of the site or any association with its operators.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Synergy Loss WebSite, you warrant to Platinum Success that you will not use the Synergy Loss WebSite for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Synergy Loss WebSite in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Synergy Loss WebSite or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Synergy Loss WebSite. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE Synergy Loss WebSITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE Synergy Loss WebSITE. PLATINUM SUCCESS INC’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY CLAIM ARISING OF THE USE OF ITS WEB SITE OR ANY CONTENT APPEARING ON ITS WEB SITE SHALL BE A REFUND OF ANY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID BY THE SUBSCRIBER FOR THE MONTH DURING WHICH ANY CLAIM OR ALLEGED CLAIM ARISES.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Platinum Success reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Synergy Loss WebSite and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Cyprus. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cyprus. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Synergy Loss WebSite. Use of the Synergy Loss WebSite is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Platinum Success as a result of this agreement or use of the Synergy Loss WebSite. Platinum Success's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Platinum Success's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Synergy Loss WebSite or information provided to or gathered by Platinum Success with respect to such use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Platinum Success with respect to the Synergy Loss WebSite and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Platinum Success with respect to the Synergy Loss WebSite. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

Nevertheless, you may on an occasional limited basis download or print out individual pages of information that have been individually selected, to meet a specific, identifiable need for information which is for your personal use only, on a confidential basis.
